THE LIV @ MB SHOWFLAT PREVIEW BY BUKIT SEMBAWANG ESTATES
The Mountbatten area has not had any new launches in recent times. So for those living in the neighbourhood, the good news is that not only is a new project launching for sale soon, but the Liv at Mountbatten is a beautiful development. It was the former Katong Park Towers site, that went enbloc and was snapped up by Bukit Sembawang Estates as the highest bidder.
The Liv @ MB showflat is likely to open for viewing in May or June of 2022. For a private condominium project in the District 15 neighbourhood, it has a very decent land size, and is looking to accommodate almost 300 units, give or take a few.
On top of all that, this part of Singapore has been much in the news lately. Just to the west of this estate is the Kallang area, that is undergoing rejuvenation and gentrification. While to the east of Mountbatten are the Katong and Joo Chiat zones, both long time landed enclaves.
Hence Liv at MB showflat opening will likely elicit quite a favourable response, as the last sizeable new launch in the area, Amber Park, does not have many units left. In fact the smaller units, namely the one, two, and three bedders over there, are fully sold out.
