Riverbank condo is also just 3 bus-stops down the road from the future Sengkang General & Community Hospitals, that has just started construction and is targeting to be operational by 2018. LENTORIA CONDO FLOOR PLANS BY TID SINGAPORE

Another new project that will be launched soon in the same north-east area of Singapore, is in the upmarket Lentor Hills Estate. To be called the Lentoria condo, it is a 99 year leasehold project by TID Residential. TID is a collaboration of Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan, another reputable local developer, similar in stature to Riverbank @ Fernvale’s UOL.

Like Riverbank, it will have views to nature and water. In this case however, to the waters of Peirce Reservoir and the greenery of the nature reserves and parks there. Which all sounds very attractive and interesting.

On top of that, it has the advantage of being within just six minutes walk of both Lentor MRT station and Lentor Modern Mall. The mall will house a supermarket, a childcare facility, several shops, and lots of dining outlets.

Furthermore Lentoria enjoys the advantage of being possibly the only new condominium there that is fully within one KM of St Nicholas Girls’ Primary School. Parents of young about-to-enter Primary One kids might want to consider moving there.
