Tenants can come from the Seletar Aerospace Park just 10 minutes drive away, a major hub with 160 ha of land dedicated for the aerospace industry. Companies that have already set up their facilities here include Rolls-Royce, ST Aerospace, Eurocopter, Bell Helicopter and Cessna Aircraft.

Riverbank condo is also just 3 bus-stops down the road from the future Sengkang General & Community Hospitals, that has just started construction and is targeting to be operational by 2018. With its completion will come a large influx of medical staff, many of them expatriates needing accommodation.

MEYER MANSION & MEYER MODERN BY GUOCOLAND SINGAPORE

Another new project that will be launched soon in 2019, in the upmarket District 15 East Coast area, will be Meyer Mansion. This is a freehold project by GuocoLand, another reputable local developer, that caters to a higher end market than UOL’s Riverbank @ Fernvale.

Like Riverbank however, it will be have water views, but of the sea rather than just a river. The Meyer Mansion showflat is not available for viewing yet.

There is also a possibility that the project will be renamed to Meyer Modern. Neither name has been finalised yet, and are still pending final decision by GuocoLand in conjunction with COH (Controller of Housing). If the name is changed to Meyer Modern Guocoland, it could be because there is another development elsewhere also called Meyer Mansion, which could make it confusing.
