AMBER SEA CONDO @ EAST COAST

The Amber Sea at East Coast is a freehold new condominium development that will replace the former Parkway Mansion at 9 Amber Road. It will be just opposite Amber Skye that completed recently, and the upcoming Nyon condo that will likely launch at around the same time as the Amber Sea showflat.

This new development is located on a very attractive site indeed. For a start, Amber Sea will be less than 3 minutes walk from the Tanjong Katong MRT station nearest exit. This station lies on the Thomson East Coast line that is due to start running around 2023.

The other very attractive thing about the Amber Sea condo is that high floor units facing southwards will enjoy unblocked views of East Coast beach and the sea. Singapore’s best beaches are to be found here, where it is relatively untainted. While there are tankers lying of the shore here, it is a quiet peaceful sight, with nothing else on the horizon.

The Amber Sea showflat is due to open in 2019, likely in the 2nd quarter or 3rd quarter. The developer for this project is Sustained Land, that recently launched Casa Al Mare, another freehold project, but at Pasir Ris.
