Frasers Property has announced plans to redevelop the original Zouk site into a mixed development that will comprise the Riviere condo, serviced apartments, and commercial retail shops. So if living by the river bank, as for Riverbank at Fernvale appeals to you, you might want to consider this Frasers development too.

For just as Riverbank is located right beside the edge of a river, separated only by a footpath, so too is the Riviere @ Jiak Kim condo right beside the even more famous Singapore River. It is also only separated from the water by a park connector.
