GuocoLand Limited has announced plans to develop the south-west site at Hillock Park into a new condominium development. To be called the Lentor Mansion condo, it is a joint venture of GuocoLand and its sister company Hong Leong’s Intrepid Investments.

This Lentor Mansion condo site has the advantage of bordering Hillock Park to its north, and the green fingers radiating from the park on its north-east and north-west. So if living by the river bank, as for Riverbank at Fernvale appeals to you, you might want to consider this GuocoLand development too. Lots of nature and greenery to be seen from your windows, looking out.

Especially to the south, as higher floor units should be able to get views all the way to the waters of Peirce Reservoir, and the lush greenery of the nature reserve there.

In addition, the Lentor Modern condo is actually more conveniently located than Riverbank at Fernvale. It has the advantage of being within five minutes walk from both the neighbourhood shopping centre of Lentor Modern Mall, as well as the Lentor MRT station directly connected to the mall.
