THE ARCADY AT BOON KENG BY KSH HOLDINGS

A new mid-rise condominium is being built on the site of the former Euro-Asia Apartments in the Kallang Planning area.

To be called the Arcady at Boon Keng, it will be the first launch in this neighbourhood since Myra at Potong Pasir. This is a long established estate on the city fringe that is home to a mixture of old shophouses, HDB flats, landed houses, and private condominiums.

The Arcady floor plans sit on a freehold land parcel, estate in fee simple, that is typically prized and commands a market premium of usually around 20% over 99 year leasehold sites like for the Wandervale. The Arcady condo floor plans are still pending final approval by authorities.

The developers, a KSH Holdings-led joint venture, bought over the Euro-Asia Apartments from its previous owners in a collective enbloc sale.

Not too far from the Arcady at Boon Keng is a HDB neighbourhood mall, the Bendemeer Shopping Centre. It provides the basics for daily grocery shopping, or a simple meal.

But for a fuller shopping experience, head over to NEX mall at Serangoon MRT station, a couple of train stops east. Even better, head west down the MRT line to Doby Ghaut station, and the luxury of the Orchard Road shopping belt.

The Arcady condo location is within a short walk from Boon Keng MRT station on the North-South line. It is more convenient than for Wandervale, being only 6 minutes walk from the station.

While as for schools within the all-important 1KM radius, we have St Andrews Primary and Secondary schools. Cedar Girls’ school is slightly further, just a tad outside the 1 km radius.

The Arcady condo floor plans ranges over 172 units, featuring one bedroom + study units, all the way to 4 bedders. These will be sold fully fitted out, down to well-equipped kitchens. The Arcady condo is designed to only have one 24 storey high tower block, set amidst landscaped grounds.
